Physiotherapy in MS -Physiotherapy is an important therapy that enables many MS
people to maintain their independency. A physiotherapist will undertake an assessment
to identify the person’s needs, provide advice and information, or referral to appropriate
services.
The experience and feed back from our members with suggests that physiotherapy is
an effective tool and would enable them to manage their MS better. It is required
three to four times per week.
Taking steps to combat mobility and flexibility problems before they arise or worsen
is a common sense approach. It will help the person retain a higher degree of independency
