Progressive -
Similar to Primary Progressive MS (PPMS), however from the onset it follows a progressive course, punctuated by acute relapses. There is significant recover immediately following a relapse but a gradual worsening of symptoms between relapses.
Progressive Relapsing MS (PRMS) is a complex form of the disease that is relatively rare, only occurring in a small percentage of MS people.
