Minocycline                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

A class of medications known as tetracycline antibiotics. They work by preventing the growth and spread of bacteria. The drug has demonstrated anti-inflammatory properties which may be helpful in fighting MS by addressing inflammation issues caused by the disease. Some studies indicate a reduction in MS lesion activity which may suggest that the drug can slow the progression of Multiple Sclerosis in its early attacks.

• Diarrhoea
• Dizziness
• Grey discolouration of body tissue
• Secondary Infections due to fungi (Candida)
• Sun sensitivity
